Dry scalp while preg?

Ok so I am 12w4d and my scalp and hair seem so dry. When I had my son my hair was like straw after delivery but only when wet. it's like that now but even scrubbing my head with shampoo and tea tree oil my scalp is still very dry... Any suggestions?

My skin is also very dry. My face flakes. Nothing seems to work yet. Trying coconut oil and not washing my face as much (using a milk cleanser that you wipe away).

I recommend head and shoulders. It’s the only thing that helped me when I was pregnant with my son
