PCOS now...? Bad day...

Went to the Dr today because I've had a lingering pain in my side that I assumed was a cyst that didn't go away after ovulation. I've had them for as long as I've had periods and I remember my first one when I was 14. They usually go away within a week and are always on my right side. This one has persisted longer than a month. Ultrasound confirmed today I do have a cyst and Dr wants me to take 600mg of ibuprofen every 6 hours to reduce inflammation and get rid of it. She also took blood to test me for PCOS... Which is depressing. She said I don't really have the symptoms of PCOS since my periods are regular but she wants to test anyway to be sure. So great there's potentially another hurtle to get over. She said if I do have PCOS there are meds to help. But I'm feeling really down today and I'm hurting more from them pressing on my abdomen... Just one thing after another... Ugh. Is it possible to get pregnant with PCOS? Any experience with this?
