So confused! Think I had a mini period I’m so over being a woman

I think I’ve just had a early mini period :/ started off as brown spotting for a day or so then went to a pink spotting the I had a light of light red bleeding and now it’s back to pink again :/ boobs are so heavy and sore I’m not even due on until the 4th may so around a week and a half. I give up being a woman my body seems to like playing tricks! 👀👀
