Round 2 with Femara

I am looking for lots of prayers, baby dust and all that stuff that it works this time. My husband and I have tried for over 10 years to get pregnant naturally and had no luck so we decided to go with a fertility specialist. This is round 2 after the first try... I was 2 days away from the 2 week mark after the IUI and then AF shows up. So disappointed!! I have been praying every night for months that we will have a little one running around. So if any of you ladies have any suggestions on ways that the BD might further along the swimmers, I am up for trying just about anything now
