Trying to Getting pregnant after abortion. Help!

I had an abortion 2years ago which I regret so much and I feared would never be able to get pregnant again bc it was hard the first time. And Ive had so many complications since then and with birth control. So now that I'm trying to this time I just find it even harder to get pregnant and it's scaring me. And I don't want to take any medicine bc I feel like medicine and the chemical from it has a big affect on my body so no. I just want to know all the natural ways or vitamins I want something natural that will help me boosts my fertility.

Please don't ask why I got a abortion or bash me about it I just want to know what will help me and if you can't do that then don't say shit💋
