Good rule of thumb is 1.5oz for every hour the baby is away from you. So if the baby will be at daycare for 9 hours that would be about 13.5 oz  for a total of 3/ 4.5oz feedings. Lo would have a bottle for every 3 hours. 
at least that's what I read. My last kid never ate over 4oz a feeding from a bottle.

The 1-1.5oz per hour rule is a good rule of thumb.

I have a (very chunky, 15 lb) 13 week old who takes 5 oz every three hours while he's there. My first took 4 oz every three hours and did so until she was a year old.
