Birth Plan Help

Hey y’all,

I’m looking for a birth plan template. Something simple that can easily communicate my birth wishes.

I meet with my OB (who will be delivering my baby) for the first time on Wednesday, and I want to be able to ask questions about my birth plan and hospital policies, so I want to decide a general idea with my husband this weekend of what our plan is.

Any suggestions? I found one I like on mamanatural.com but I’m looking for other options too. Thanks!
