HELP! Should I change my baby name?

I am 37 weeks pregnant and we are having a little boy. My husband and I struggled agreeing on girl names but when we found out we were having a boy, we easily decided Ian (prounounced Ee-An). I live where lots of people have thicker accents and in recent weeks have noticed people saying his name almost totally wrong. My MIL says it like "Anne" and Ive noticed others just saying "N". My MIL and I get along mind you. She isnt doing it to be mean or anything and she isnt the only one Ive noticed it with. It is driving me crazy. I didnt believe it was a hard name to say. My husband and I love the name but I dont think I can have people mispronounce it his whole life. Any advice??
