As many as your doctor gives you, every doctor and hospital is different. Luckily my doctor told me that if the machine is already in the room she has no problem doing one for me at each apt, i love seeing my baby and my doctor is so awesome! She did one for me last time cause my 11 yr old daughter went with me and even gave my daughter her own pictures 💗

It depends on your insurance . I stopped at 16 weeks and then had my anatomy at 20. and then everyone after that was a heart doppler

Usually there's one in early pregancy then an anatomy scan then sometimes a growth scan at the end depending on the Dr. Not all do a growth scan at the end. You can always go get your own the cheapest 5D and 4D package I've seen is $99 where I am. 5D has so much clarity and they give you a lot for the price. Love video for download and print outs.

If you’re not having complications, the fewer the better. Anatomy scan is necessary, thats around 19-20 weeks.

Depends on your pregnancy and dr. I had one at first appointment at 6 weeks. Again at 9’weels. Anatomy scan at 21 weeks. Growth scan at 24. Another scan at 30. And I’ll have another at 34. My daughter has a two vessel cord so I have extra scans to monitor her growth.
