Should I wash all of new clothes now?

I am 37+2 weeks and I am trying to get my son's nursery finished but I am not sure if I should just wash all the clothes that I got for him, which would be easier, or if I should only wash some for now. I know more than likely that he will not wear everything that he got and I will probably end up selling some of it but would it matter to the buyer if the clothes was brand new or would it be ok to be washed once????

I’d return some if you don’t think you’ll use it all. Get a gift card and save it for items you’ll need after the baby is here. 
Wash all NB and 0-3 clothes you think you will need/use. I wouldn’t wash any other sizes yet. I will wash 3-6 mos clothes when baby starts growing out of 0-3.

I thought I had wayyy too many clothes for Grayson. Turns out he’s a puker. We regularly go through 3 outfits a day. 😑

All of the babies on my husbands side were all 10 - 12lbs at birth so I’m nervous to wash too much of the smaller sizes until he’s born 😅

I washed everything after my baby shower so at 36 weeks, and good thing too because my son was small (6pounds) but he was in 6 months by the time he was 3 months! Omg 😂

I regretted washing all the newborn and 0-3 stuff because she got so much and didn't wear half of it. I could have brought it back to the shops to get exchanges for bigger sizes.
