a lot say no. But according to articles I’ve been reading, say otherwise. 
Egg white cervical mucus (EWCM) as explained happens during ovulation, though EWCM after ovulation is not impossible. The EWCM is usually a sign to get pregnant. It means you are now ready to conceive. However, EWCM after ovulation can also be a sign that you are already pregnant. If you notice creamier and whitish cervical mucus, this means that you are pregnant.
During post-ovulation, you usually become dry, but if you feel otherwise, you might already be conceiving. EWCM allows you to experience Leukorrhea (the rise in body hormones during pregnancy) in about 5 to 7 days after ovulation. Thus, it is important to note whether you feel dry after ovulation or not.
If you usually feel dry and then suddenly another EWCM patches occurred, this could be a good sign of conception. According to studies, the possibility of having cervical mucus after ovulation can be caused by pregnancy. But you still have to confirm it once you experience this.
