Advice needed: I can’t stop eating!!
I need suggestions on what to eat to keep me full for longer.
Normally peanut butter with bananas does the trick but it hasn’t helped lately. I know I am pregnant and need to eat more but it’s not practical for me to eat every 1-2 hours. I need more filling foods. Apples definitely don’t work. They make me hungrier. 😐
Does anyone have any suggestions for breakfast and lunch time meals/snacks?
