Should I be worried about a flat spot?

This is my son during tummy time. I just bought some pillows to help with flat spots just in case, but do you all think this might be one or the beginning of one? He sleeps mostly on his back or in his rock and play, with occasional naps on his tummy under supervision.

My son had a flat spot from being on his back, his pediatrician recommend we see a specialist because it was too flat, he had to where the helmet for a few months and it rounded out the back of his head. I would ask his pediatrician if she or he isn't concerned then , I wouldn't worry about it most babies with foat spots , rounds it self out my son just happen to need the band for a few months.

no... my son was like this ... He's perfectly hard-headed after hitting his head against my pregnant belly (acvidental)! you can ask your pediatrician..
