Thyroid Levels?

Just found out that my free/unbound thyroid levels are normal but that my TSH level is high which could lead to an under active thyroid. Anyone out there in the sand boat? Did anything help or did it affect your fertility? TIA!

Did they prescribe meds? Get that number down and it will help with your fertility! Then you’ll have to watch it once you are pregnant as it will go back up again through the pregnancy. 
When I was tested, I was at. 5.2 or something like that. After 8weeks on 50mcg of levothyroxine I was at 2.5. They adjusted meds up to 75mcgs and I got pregnant and my TSH was 0.8 when i started the pregnancy. I’m 20 weeks and they’ve raised my meds again as I’m back up to a 2.6 (not unusual during pregnancy.) 
Just take the meds correctly - 30 mins before breakfast and don’t take anything with an iron supplement in it within like 4hrs of taking your thyroid meds.
