how do I get my baby to turn head down?

I went to the doctors this morning to make sure my baby was growing right they done an ultrasound hes breech with his head of in my ribs. How can I get him to turn head down?

Check out spinning babies, inversion yoga, and/or see a chiropractor. These all worked for me!

My friends baby was breech her whole pregnancy, her OB at 38 weeks she scheduled her for a c-section telling my friend the chances of that type of breeched baby to turn head down was RARE. 
That same day she got scheduled for a c-section she went for a massage and her baby was moving like crazy during the massage. Sure enough, during the massage her baby was flipping!! And she did not need a c-section after all!

My son was breech. He never turned and I had to have a c-section. So if the does end up being the case, it really wasn’t a bad experience and it’s not the end of the world. I hope everything works out for you!!
