first time here

so this is my first time experiencing this. i took a test yesterday afternoon and again this morning. both came up positive. went today for the blood work. this is my first time being pregnant and not sure about the cramps i’m feeling. i feel somewhat like being sick after i eat and my sense of smell is much stronger. i don’t know how far along i am since i got what i thought was a period april 10th and before that was march 12th lol. any advice would be greatly appreciated lol
