Anyone got Breast Implants?

Hi! Do any of you pregnant ladies have implants? I've had mine in for just over a year now & wondering if you had sore boobs now you're pregnant? I've got a 3yr old so have had them done since last pregnancy! Currently TTC number 2! I don't have much of the feeling back in them yet so wondering if I will miss out on the horrible sore boobs! Also they went huge & firm straight away with my little girl but wondering if I won't notice as much this time because they're already big & firm! Lol! Any input would be much appreciated!! X
