Pregnant right after D&C

Just got my betas back. Tuesday at 12dpo it was 116. Today it is 376.. that is good right? The nurse wasn’t able to tell me anything else as the doctor left, other than they would call me in the morning. Ugh!! I am so scared because i am pregnant straight from a d&c.; I have been having a back ache which is freaking me out. It isn’t like cramps though like last time, just ache, but it does hurt. It seems like I’m just waiting to start bleeding again.
