31 weeks and maybe real contractions?

I've been tracking on and off but while at work I was having contractions around 11 am to now. should I go to hospital ?

My doctor told me that I should only come in if the contractions were lasting 45-60 seconds each and if there are more than 4 in one hour.

contractions aren't really consistent but you can always go get checked you might just be having false labor

the contractions are usually only on right side, sometimes on left. stomach tightens and it feels uncomfortable, mild cramps
