Does anyone feel that a certain position helps more than others? My friend has a myth that if the female is on top during male ejaculation the female is more likely to get pregnant lol (she claims that the position she was doing when they got pregnant) what is everyones thoughts?

Position does not matter. CM and sperm health and mobility really play the most important roles. There are theories that suggest certain times of the cycle can increase the chance of conceiving a specific gender.
