Period is late

My period is 3 days late. Last time I had sex we used a condom and I wasn’t ovulating at the time. I took a test this morning and it came up negative. I’ve been super stressed from my dad being in the hospital for nearly two months and almost dying 3 or 4 times. The only period symptom I’ve had is my acne acting up. I’m not always on time but this is the latest I’ve been in awhile.
