Possible miscarriage??

I took 2 test 4/20 3 days before my period clear positive which are the top two in the picture I started bleeding this morning so since then I have peed on a stick every time I had to pee which are the last few test one was light then it got darker now it’s gettin lighter agian could I be miscarrying it’s not a lot of blood nor blood clots just awful cramps and some bleeding pics were in the order they were took
