Acne opinions

I need some opinions please. Maybe there's someone out there dealing with or who has dealt with this. Its really embarrassing but idk. I use acne wash and my doctor prescribed me benzaclin gel to use and obviously nothing's working. I haven't seen my doc in about a month though. She won't prescribe me anything else because I am TTC. For the longest time I've thought this is CYSTIC ACNE. Some of them I can pop and others are rock hard and won't come to a white head...my mom thinks I'm allergic to something but I really think it's just acne. Has anyone else had something similar to this? I'm just curious to get others opinions. Please no rude comments because I know it is disgusting.
