First Time Mama Dent in Middle of Stomach!

Hi mama’s, so almost all day there was no dent in my stomach. I just noticed that in the middle of my stomach where the baby was there is a dent. I am also 17 weeks pregnant and a very small frame. Is this something to be concerned about or is this just because the baby moved ?

Also for the past two-three days I have felt sometimes when I lay down on my back a hard spot that shifts sometimes the middle but mainly on the left side. Is this possibly the baby I am feeling?
