advice?

im 26 weeks pregnant with my first baby, I dont really know how to explain this but i keep getting this weird tingling sensation down below, It happens when the baby moves but it also happens when he doesnt move, I dont know if to be concerned or not?

Sounds like baby might be twitching a nerve with how they're sitting / laying / moving. You could try to get them to move around onto the opposite side to where they are right now by laying on the side that they're not on...always seemed to work when my little fidget was laying somewhere causing me pain.
