What to do with my body?
Ok so after a two year long relationship I guess I can say I let myself go a little bit.
I've been to comfortable and he's always been supporting of me and telling me he prefers me a little more on the chubby side and that he doesn't even want me to lose weight and that I look much hotter now than when we met... (I was walking miles and miles everyday and restricting calories)! Anyway im not happy about myself anymore and that's what's most important(he agrees) and now that I'm making home cooked meals everyday and have school it's not so easy to walk miles everyday and count everything I eat!
I wonder what would you girls recommend me? Is there hope for my body? I've never been working out so I'm a noob!
Any suggestions how to fix this before it goes "too far"?
(Yeah I know I look like absolute shit btw)
