Insurance 🙄

So I got a bill from a third party billing company in regards to my insurance kicking back my claims from all of my OB care. I have VA and that for some reason confuses a lot of people. The top question I get from billing departments everytime I have care outside of the VA is oh do you have tricare. Nooo Tricare is for soldiers I'm a veteran it's completely different. When the VA sends me to an outside provider they pay everything directly. I don't know why it's so confusing for people. So they tell me it's getting kicked back because the VA is saying my policy holder info is wrong. I gave the lady my correct info and she said she'd correct everything. Then I go onto my app I have for my OB that has all my medical info including insurance. So they have the basic stuff correct but under policy holder it had a birthday of 2005 for me. I'm almost 32 I'm not 13. So yesterday I corrected it all so this doesn't happen again. Then this morning I get a message on my app from the OB office. It wouldn't give me an option to even reply. I'm more then annoyed at this point so I emailed my Dr back who's practice it is. I'm really hoping he jumps on his staff because this is all just rediculous.
