TTC with bad cramps

Hello! My husband and I are TTC and I am having cramps and really bad back pain. I also feel a little dizzy when I stand up and I get tired really fast. (I might just be out of shape lol)

These cramps and back pain feel JUST LIKE it does when I’m on my period.

My period isn’t due for another week though.

Possibly implantation?

Anyone remember what your implantation cramps felt like?
