Leaking or just normal?

I had my cervix checked today at 39 weeks 5 days. When I got home afterwards my underwear were soaked. I sat on the toilet to pee and noticed I was dripping white watery fluid. Is that normal? I was not dilated at all.

That happened to me on Easter. I leaked enough to go thru my underwear. For 3 days it just trickled. My water had broken and I didn’t go into the hospital until I started having contractions. They definitely thought I was an idiot for not going in sooner. I didn’t want to rush in if it was just pee! Since it had been broken for so long, they had to induce me and the pain was so bad that I had to get an epidural. Definitely not what I wanted. 😩

I’ve been having that happen on and off for 3 days now and they said it’s not normal but checked with the paper and also did an ultrasound to check fluid levels and everything was okay. Go to L&D; anyways because it can be your water or you could be weird like me and it just be cm lol
