Anxiety!!!

Went into hospital last Friday with early labour pains, cervix was short and very soft but still closed. The hospital managed to prevent Labour with drips and injections and I had some steroids just in case baby did come. I was allowed home on Thursday but found out I actually had pneumonia and a bladder infection which they think could have caused the contractions. Since getting home my anxiety has been through the roof and I'm so conscious of every little twinge. Did anyone else go through anything like this? I really can't calm down
