Blood in my urine

Every time I pee, my urine is this pink color. I feel like I have to pee constantly. Every time I leave the bathroom and go to lie back down, I feel like my bladder is completely full. I'm sure I probably have a UTI, but I'm concerned because I think this may be blood. Any advice helps, thanks.
