Has anyone found out they was pregnant with twins at 7 weeks & what was the symptoms ?

Exactly at 7 weeks. Before then was super tired, hungry, and had cramping in my uterus.

Found out at my 6 week ultrasound, first appointment. Was extra tired!! Couldn’t keep my eyes open past 6 o’clock lol

Found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks, started getting really sick and exhausted at 7 weeks and found out it was twins at 8 weeks...

I found out at 5 weeks 3 days! I was really nauseous like BAD and sleepy all the time. Went in for a check on my iron levels since they are always so low and they saw my HCG levels were at like 1000 so I went in for ultrasound and BAMB twins 😅

I found out at 13 weeks. And I had no symptoms. Still none. My pregnancy is going by so well. 😁
