So Wednesday during my annual Pap smear I found out that I was actually pregnant. The very next day I had some light bleeding that went from pink to brown and some pretty bad cramps in the morning. Today I've had really bad cramps all day like almost unbearable and my bleeding is still light but it's red now. I'm so scared that I have miscarried but everyone keeps saying this is normal even my doctors! It also hurts my abdomen very bad every time I go to the bathroom and I feel faint. Help please!!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
