Is this normal?

I just had a trans vaginal ultra sound today and this happend? Only one time when I wiped. ?

Should be okay. Keep a close eye on it...in early pregnancy this can sometimes happen after transvaginal ultrasounds or intercourse. 
If it continues, increases, or is bright red they are usually more concerned. A little bit when wiping here or there is usually okay.

That’s what scares me about the transvaginal scan can they do an abdominal ultrasound at 8 weeks .

yes normal they should have warned you that you would likely spot due to the pressure put on your cervix during the scan.
