I think I’m miscarrying again?

Start of this year I had a missed miscarriage, heartbeat at 6 weeks then no heartbeat and it stopped growing at 7.5 weeks. Had a D&C;, then my period returned within 6 weeks. Tried that cycle, nothing. Onto our second cycle and my period is 8 days late. Got 2 faint lines on different brand pregnancy tests. pregnancy symptoms. But today, lots of pain, back ache, period like symptoms then... heavy bleeding and what looks like bits of tissue. I think it points to an early miscarriage and my body is at least registering it this time. I don’t normally have dark, deep red period blood and tissue looking bits.
