Lump on the armpit

Hello ladies. I need help! I’m driving myself crazy thinking I have breast cancer bc I found a lump on both my of armpits. It’s been there for a few weeks now. Doesn’t hurt or anything. I am 23 weeks pregnant, I read that it could be milk duct blockage or this sometimes happen when you’re pregnant n goes away after u give birth. Have anyone experienced this? I’m so scared... I see my OB in 2 weeks, but hoping if someone has had this problem before and give me some insight n piece of mind. Hopefully nothing to worry about 😭
