Sex but no baby

Ever sine I took myself off the pill back in 2015...my boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex. We were originally using condoms after a week I got off but I turned out to be allergic to them, we tried the pull out method but hated the mess afterwards especially if we do it in the car. Lately we been using nothing and he cums in me. We been doing this since early 2016 and yet still no baby. Aren’t we lucky lol...but anyways, I been experiencing these cramps on my left side since 2016 and I usually get them after we have sex but now I get just about everyday. It’s hurts for me to walk sometimes and if him or I were to press down on that area, it would hurt like hell for me. I recently went to the doctor for it and she told me it’s just period cramps and I know MY period cramps and these ain’t it. Let’s not forget to mention since I been off the pill my cycle only comes on every 5-6 months now. I virtually don’t even have a cycle anymore. Has this happened to anyone else or it just me? Could this be something more or am I just reading into the cramps too much? HELP ME YALL!!!
