Ovulation Test Help

Last week my Dr. did a blood test for my FSH and LH. So I’ve been stressing and I happened to log on and see the results but I don’t have a clue as to what they mean. I don’t go back until May 8th to check my progesterone and it’s killing me!! Does this look bad? I was tested on CD 4.
