Not ovulated yet

So today was supposed to be my ovulation day and it’s still not happend last positive test was 28th March... this week was supposed to be my fertile window but it doesn’t look like it is ... I’ve tested everyday so I know I haven’t missed it (came off implant March 1st) I had what I thought was period 13th April
