Bonked my kids head into a wall

I have a 7 week old, lately I've been really beating myself on how I could be better as a mom and a person Even know I'm doing everything I need to do be doing for my baby. The other day I accidentally bonked her head into a wall, then today I accidentally pulled on her head thing in her car seat and almost choked her.. idk if its normal to feel this horrible about mess ups or even if it's normal to mess up. I just want to hear some stories of times you accidentally hurt or did something stupid with your kids so I can feel better lol❤️❤️
