Puking toddler, twice in ten days

On the 18th my daughter started burping around 3am and I could hear her stomach rumbling. She ended up vomiting foul smelling bile until 8am. By the morning, she was totally fine and running around like normal. It’s been 10 days, its 3am and the same thing is happening. Its Saturday and we live in a small town so the only thing open is an ER, no clinics and it’s not as severe as the first time but I’m not sure what to do. Can they get the same stomach bug twice in one month? She didn’t eat anything out of the normal today.
