Complex ovarian cyst?

So this past Wednesday I went to my OB over abdominal pain (along with back pain, pain down my thigh, pain with sex) and after an examination and ultrasound it was discovered and I have 2 cysts, one is simple and they’re not worried about it, the other is complex and has blood in it, it’s only 2cm but it’s causing me so much discomfort. I’m currently on a “watch and wait” and pelvic rest, my next ultrasound is in 5 weeks.

Also I’m 29, this is the first time I’ve had a cyst where I had to go to a dr about it. I have mirena, it’s been in since December.

Has anyone had a complex cyst this small and it go away even with so many symptoms?
