Positive opk but no ovulation?

Has this ever happened to you? I think my body probably tried to O around cd23 but didnt. Did I ovulate a week AFTER my positive opks?

Heres my previous charts. They always start really high and end high because Ive been taking provera each month, but I havent taken provera this cycle, so my high temps in the last 4 days are *all natural*😉 and Ive never seen it look so consistent, so thats why im thinking i O'd cd30ish. idk, i hope i did if for no other reason, i just need a little hope. itd be nice to know my bodys capable. My husband deploys next week but if I know I can O, then I'll feel better about losing so many months of ttc.

The length of your luteal phase will give you your answer, but you’ll have to wait until you get your period to be able to tell when you really ovulated. My period always comes 14 days after I ovulate without fail. Despite the fact that I have PCOS and can ovulate any where from cd13-cd26
