2nd time Mom registry!

For those of you who are second time moms what are you getting this time that you didn’t with your first?

This time I’ve added a convertible car seat so I can leave it in the car, and a nice baby carrier. I’m thinking it’ll be easier to have baby on me than carry a car seat and a toddler.

Is there’s anything you wish you had the first time that you’re getting this time? I feel like I’m prepared because I kept all my sons things (he’s 2.5) but also feel like there’s something I’m missing.
