what's happening

For three days know I been spotting on and off. At first it was light pink. Only in the morning and was visible with just two wipes, and none for the rest of the day. Yesterday morning it was light brown and a little bit of clear mucus with a red streak in it, but this time I had some light cramping on and off that day. Now this morning when I wiped it was a lot more brown and again clear mucus with some red blood. I'm kind of cramping like if I'm on my period. Anyone went through the same thing and everything was fine. I'm 9w 5d
