super excited & nervous!

so I have pcos, I have a 7 year old son and 2 year old daughter and had 2 miscarriages last year.

I was told a month ago that I wasn't ovulating and that I would need clomid to get pregnant. I've been taking metformin for 3 months now (so since all my doctors offices are closed, I need to know, if anyone else knows, do i continue the metformin or stop taking it?)... since I was given the bad news, in that time we've moved 900 miles, had almost nothing go right lately and we've been super stressed. I took a test 4 weeks ago and another 3 weeks ago, both negative. i assumed I'd just eventually get my period. well I've had sore beasts for 2 weeks now and had a weird craving for hotdogs this morning. so I decided to test again. and to my surprise its super positive!
