I tested positive for Group B strep I'm I'm nervous I will get to the hospital  late how do I know I'm going into labor I'm 38 week 5days due date is May 7

Group B strep is easily taken care of. There isn’t really a way you’d be “too late”. Once you get to the hospital and they check you in you can get the antibiotics right away and you’re fine. You’ll get there in time. I guarantee it. Most first time moms labor for a decent amount of time. 
You’ll know you’re in labor. It’s pretty hard to miss. Typically you’ll start having contractions few and far apart starting several hours or even days before active labor, that will increase in strength and consistency, then you will have your water break (in most cases, sometimes not), and contractions will continue increasing as well as will the pressure/pain as you get closer to labor.
