Helppp IUD advice (LONG POST)

Ladies I am so worried something is wrong with me and trying to decide when to contact my GYN. I had my mirena removed March 29th. I had my period the week before removal(not planned like this on purpose) I never had consistent period when I had it so i had no clue i was gonna get it the week before. So it has now been a little over 4 weeks and no period and BFNs. I have been feeling like AF is coming but nothing. We are just ttc naturally, if it happens it happens. This will be baby number 3. So here is where I need the advice- I had a Mirena before after my first son. I had no periods for 3.5 years. Got my mirena removed, immediately had a period and conceived the very next month. This time with this removal I didn’t have a period, I am assuming it’s bc I had a period before removal. I am just worried that something is wrong with me? Anybody have any advice. I am giving it til 8 weeks and if nothing by them I’m going to the gyn. 😥😥
