weight loss tips

so I'm 5'3 and my weight is 208, I'm currently working full time and don't have a car, I have to catch the bus everywhere, pretty much on my days off I either take care of errands or try to get some rest. any tips on starting to work out without having to go to a gym all the time, and I would also like tips to start lifting weights as a way to tone.
