Urine Culture 16w

so just wondering if any of you wonderful ladies understand this, because the doctor I went to today I think didn’t explain to me. So I went into the emergency Thursday because I am carrying twins and was having a lot of pelvic pain and down my leg it hurt to even walk. So long story short they did a urine culture test and decided to treat me wih microbid even before they knew the results and was told if it was negative I could just stop the antibiotic. I went to a walk in today and the doctor told me I didn’t have a UTI and to stop taking the medication. Reading the results it looks like I do unless I am not understanding....
